Office Manager

Aloka

Aloka is the friendly face and first point of contact at our clinic, dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming experience for every patient. She loves connecting with people from all walks of life, which is one of the many reasons she enjoys being part of the Bow Valley community (the incredible mountain views certainly don’t hurt!).

Whether she’s scheduling appointments, answering questions, or helping patients navigate insurance and financial inquiries, Aloka is always happy to help make every visit as smooth, comfortable, and stress free as possible. Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find Aloka making the most of everything the Rocky Mountains have to offer – camping, hiking or relaxing by the river or around a fire with a good book!

Be sure to say hello to Aloka the next time you visit!

Adda

You might catch a glimpse of Adda around the clinic from time to time, bringing a bit of extra cheer to your day! As the daughter of one of our team members, she’s part of the Floss family in every sense.

Adda is always curious, friendly, and full of stories about her latest adventures—especially if they involve being out on the water! She absolutely loves canoeing and exploring the outdoors, and she’s never shy about sharing her latest nature finds or fun facts.

Whether she’s helping hand out stickers or just saying hello, Adda brings a sweet energy to the space that makes everyone smile. Keep an eye out for her—you never know when she’ll pop in to brighten your day!

Dental Hygienist

Maureen (Mo)

Warm, welcoming, and always full of positive energy—Mo brings a vibrant spark to the Floss team! With a gentle touch and a kind heart, she’s dedicated to making every visit as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Mo believes that oral health is a vital part of overall well-being, and she’s passionate about helping her patients feel confident in their smiles.

Her approach to care is rooted in kindness, patience, and genuine connection. Whether it’s your first cleaning or you’ve been seeing her for years, Mo’s goal is always the same: to make you feel cared for, informed, and empowered in your oral health journey.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find Mo out on her bike, soaking in the fresh air and beautiful scenery, or planning her next travel adventure. We’re so lucky to have her as part of the Floss family—her presence makes everyone’s day a little brighter!

Dental Hygienist

Julie

Julie absolutely loves what she does, and you will most definitely see that when you’re in the chair with her! She is an advocate of preventive and patient-focused care which is catered to individual needs. It gives her a chance to change lives and bring people back to their best, healthy selves. She is proud to be sharing this passion with you, your family, and your friends! Her goal as a Registered Dental Hygienist is to always provide exceptional patient-focused care and education so that your mouth stays healthy not only today but for years to come.

As a firm believer in lifelong learning, she takes an extensive amount of continuing education and training. She is passionate about giving back to the community and looking forward to your care!

Since moving to the Bow Valley, Banff it has quickly become a place for her to call home. She originally grew up in Winnipeg, but has also lived in Toronto, WhiteHorse, and Calgary. Throughout her travels, she’s found that it’s the people and community that make a place feel like home – the familiar faces and familiar smiles.

In her spare time, she loves to explore and immerse herself in this beautiful Park many of us call home. Through hiking, biking, and skiing, you can always expect to find her outdoors with her husband and two daughters during her time away from the clinic.
